Who We Are
I’m a storyteller. My hobby is conversation. I live to understand what makes people tick and then help them connect their vision with the right audiences, at the right time.
I first learned this working in NASCAR in the early 2000s, when I had the opportunity to dive into driver stories and work with ESPN to bring their stories to life – and bring along all the fans. Since then, I’ve worked with executives to help employees understand and get behind strategic change, manage change through divestitures and build teams who are capable of doing the same (and more).
My purpose is to connect people and ideas, so that we can all grow and make a greater impact. Most recently, I’ve done this as a Corporate Brand Director for Allstate. Currently, I operate a communications consultancy, Joymentum LLC. Joy, because communications should be engaging. Momentum, because all intentional communications should create waves of action.
